Mini-Passages is another way to build fluency. The Mini-Passages activity falls further along the continuum. Mini-Passages involves adaptations in Instructional Content (limited amount of content for reading), Instructional Activity (change of activity), Material/AT (selecting predictable books, use of tape recorder/player), and Delivery of Instruction (tape-assisted reading, multiple practice opportunities).
